Charles University has available trial access to the AI tool Web of Science Research Assistant for the period September, 9th until September, 30th 2024.
The tool uses AI technology to create queries efficiently and offers other relevant additional topics, synonyms and variants of keywords. It is a tool that uses generative AI to help users search the Web of Science Core Collection, provides overviews and visualizations of search results and offers the option connections between themes, literature and authors.
The assistant is available automatically after accessing Web of Science (it appears in the top bar or on the main page). A detailed description and examples of use can be found here.
The JSTOR AI Research Tool beta program is available at least until the end of the year. This is a pilot of an interactive tool using artificial intelligence that makes it easier for users to browse the contents of the JSTOR database. The aim of the tool is to help find key ideas, evaluate the relevance of texts and discover related topics.
The JSTOR AI Research Tool (Assistant) is available for UK by logging into the JSTOR database. More information on registration and use can be found here.
