How can you be a user of Medical library? Firstly you get an university card (ISIC) and you have to fill an electronic application for the use of the services of Charles University libraries. After this you can use the Medical library with all offer services: borrowing books, access to e-resources, interlibrary loan, reservation of group study room.

In your first year of study is necessary to pay a deposit of 10.000 CZK to borrow books from the library.We will return this amount after all borrowed documents will be returned and next year you will not pay this deposit anymore. If you choose to borrow books and pay the deposit, you have to pay it at the cash desk (Czech word: POKLADNA) at the Theoretical Department Building, Šimkova Street, 1st floor.
