            The Medical Library has a library fund that includes over 35,000 titles of books and magaz
            medical atlases, language dictionaries, and others. The books are sorted by field, for exa

            sports medicine, oncology, …


            Loans are divided into several types according to the location of a specific book. The loa
            from 1 month to a semester, the loans can be extended.


            Standard loan (out of the library): 1 month, you can prolong it (maximum loan period is th
            Loan of the Textbook department: 5 months, you can prolong it (maximum loan period is ten 
            In-house loan (yellow label marked book): one day, return during library opening hours

            You can not prolong, if the book is reserved by another student or if the book is borrowed
            period.

            How to find

            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            The books are not located in a warehouse, you can find them in a free-access area. The bes
            searching for books is the online catalog UKAŽ [ URL "https://ukaz.cuni.cz/en"] . This lib

            is intended for all faculty libraries of Charles University. Do you want to find the books
            offer to students of our faculty? In the filters, you have to select the location of the M
            Hradec Králové.

            Returning books
            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

            You can check in your account [ URL "https://ukaz.cuni.cz/en"] when your loans will end - 
            should return it to the Medical Library. You can return the books on your own or use the R
            building Na Hradě to return books during the library's closing hours.

            The Return box is not able to be used when the library is opened. The books will be return
            account the following weekday.
            The library will charge a fee for exceeding the loan period.

            Damaged books will not be marked as returned in your user account.
